No. Panelora is a WordPress plugin that turns your existing WooCommerce store into a panel. You keep your store, your customers, your branding and your margin. We never see the order money.
Any provider that uses the standard JAP-compatible API, which is basically all of them: JustAnotherPanel, PureSMM, BulkMedya, TheYTLab, Peakerr and more. You paste your provider API key and the plugin discovers their service catalog automatically.

The paid plans add the smmkit.app metadata service that resolves Instagram / TikTok / YouTube profiles and posts server-side — that part can't be replicated locally because it needs rotating proxies.

When a customer's follower count drops below what they paid for, Panelora polls the upstream provider every few hours and requests a refill as soon as the provider allows it. The customer sees the refill happen without opening a ticket. This works on every install — no plan required.
Existing orders keep processing normally — providers don't need our metadata service to fulfill orders. Only new pre-checkout previews get blocked until the next billing cycle or until you top up with a credit pack. Credits never expire.
Yes. We use DodoPayments as Merchant of Record, so we collect VAT on your behalf and issue compliant invoices automatically for EU, UK, and US customers. You don't need a VAT registration to subscribe.
